How terrible the attitude it's! Door man or Bell Felix, my and my daughter just taken a seat at seating area of main entrance, but he just came and kick us out from the seat very rudly. Can't believe this is a associate from a luxury five star hotel. How come this kind of person can work at front line of luxury hotel in Macao. Hope management team can review this feedback seriously.

Super pretty hotel with very accessible location to nearby local attractions. A huge thank you to Marlon (bellman) for the extraordinary service and help rendered. Worth the stay

This hotel is beautiful. The service is incredible and fast. Whenever we asked for something, we would get it right away. The beds are super comfortable and rooms are spacious. The bathrooms are huge and it's close to everything near the casinos.

The suite is extremely comfortable. Ryan Wong at the front office checked us in professionally and in a friendly manner. Our requests were fulfilled, and the service was efficient. We got upgraded our room and got an extra bed, an extra blanket, and a bed board because I needed a firm bed.

A lesson in how top notch service should feel at a 5-star resort! We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay. The staff were warm, friendly and attentive throughout our stay. It was like a 15 out of 10 scale. I’ve been to Wynn in vegas several times and stayed at 5-Star resorts, but the service here was at the top! The restaurants had appetizing food and a relaxing ambience. The property is well maintained and looks and feels like it’s just opened very relaxing very delightful staff even tho typhoon Yaigi was on its way we were kept well informed I hope to return someday!
