A great stay in an ideal location in Santiago. We arrived without luggage (lost in transit) and the very friendly reception team helped with the numerous emails that needed to be sent to LATAM. Very convenient location for shopping - emergency items all purchased within short walk. We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our beautiful room, the cocktails on the roof terrace, the food for breakfast, supper on the terrace and lastly the incredible experience at DeMo - truly wonderful inventive food, prepared by a great team and served by the most wonderful waitress. A memorable evening that we will talk about for a long time to come.

Great location, great service, very helpful staff who gave us top tips for staying safe in Santiago. The rooms are beautifully furnished, comfortable and well equipped. Complementary wine available each afternoon in the lounge area was an added bonus. We would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Santiago..

I am very impressed with the hotel. First of all, it is in a very convenient location. Everything is perfect down to the last detail. The staff is very friendly. Everywhere is clean and cozy. The restaurant is in no way inferior to those with a Michelin star. Against the backdrop of all the unhealthy food that you can eat outside, the food here is healthy. I recommend it with both hands, since I don't have any more 🙂

This hotel thinks that it’s better than it really is! Our room was spacious but had faulty air conditioning. After an unresolved issue and a bad nights sleep we were moved to a different room the following day and things were better. The ‘ open bar ‘ in the Library is a joke. All fine if you want to help yourself to jars full of jelly sweets. The wine on offer was very limited…. Sometimes there was red and sometimes there was white, ( very warm), and sometimes sparkling but usually no glasses there. Such a shame that a country that produces wine can’t be bothered to chill. Reception staff were very unhelpful. Any other drinks were open to interpretation. The staff do not tidy up empty and discarded glasses were left there for a couple of hours. The terrace bar was fine and the staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was ok if you did the cereal option. Hot dishes were cold and the baguettes seemed to be the ‘part baked’ variety that hadn’t been cooked. Somewhat disappointing as so far on our trip we have been blown away by the quality of the bread on offer.

Hotel Magnolia is beautiful and well-situated, but there is a lot of nighttime noise from the street. It seems like they like to do road maintenance at night. One evening the sound of backup beepers on trucks continued until almost midnight. I guess that is why they provide earplugs in the rooms. Morning breakfast was very nice, but it wasn't explained to us. There was a card on the table describing egg dishes, but no one came to our table to ask if we wanted to order one. We had to order from the host on our way in. I didn't find out until the last day that we could get espresso drinks on request.
