We stayed for several nights. Two things that are truly wonderful about this hotel is the location and the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. We also enjoyed the free coffee in the morning. We had a Junior Suite and a Corner Suite. While the Corner Suite is a bit larger and brighter, we both agreed that we preferred the Junior Suite. The decor of the Junior Suite was a bit warmer and the bathroom a bit larger with a toilet that was separate.

If you want to spent US$600 on a room with ripped chairs, scuffed furniture, and limited light in the bathroom, this is the place for you. If not, stay elsewhere.

Spend two nights at this hotel. The outside is an old classic Montreal building. Inside it is very modern. The room was huge with high ceilings and a lot of space. The bathroom was large but weirdly the shower is very small. Lots of closets and drawers. The bedding is very comfortable.

We really enjoyed the hotel, especially the staff, who were uniformly friendly, professional and helpful. Our room was a corner suite, which was quite large and comfortable, with very large floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom was modern with a shower that had very good water pressure and good temperature control. The hotel lobby and restaurant area is beautiful and new, with very attractively designed wooden tables and chairs. Hotel is located within walking distance of some really great restaurants. Valet service was super convenient. My only reservation is that the hotel halls and room were a bit more industrial and minimalist in style than I would prefer.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was excellent - large and airy - and spotless. Pretty quiet as well - even on a relatively busy Saturday night we didn’t hear anything. That may be partly down to the very comfortable beds. The staff are very helpful and will provide all the assistance you need and then some. We had a breakfast included package, which I would say was excellent value and gave us an excellent start to the day. The location is great - within easy walking distance of the Old Town/ Port, or if you’re going further afield easy to find bus and subway options. So basically a high quality place to stay with no faults to report.
