An outstanding property, the excellent service. I had a wonderful last night at the hotel. All the staff are friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to São Paulo. The food is delicious and the stafff member Nicolas was helpful in making sure my stay was perfect.

Wonderful new hotel in a very centric location in Sao Paulo. The rooms are very well appointed and fresh, and the service is impeccable. I had a short stay and did not have a chance to try their restaurant, however their cafeteria has wonderful meals and desserts. Definitely worth staying here.

Adoraaaamos o Pulso - do quartos as comidinhas e a atenção aos detalhes, que lugar mais delicioso! A academia eh perfeita. Amei os produtinhos da L’Occitane nos banheiros - uma empre certificada B Corp, uma super vantagem pra mim. Adoramos jantar no Charlo e a boulangerie também eh um charme - a torta de amêndoa eh um capítulo a parte… UAU!!!

Um hotel elegante, um escape perfeito em SP. Chegar ao Pulso me trouxe um ar fresco e uma sensação de novidade. Uma elegância clássica. O novo, mas com repertório, com história, com originalidade e sofisticação. Algo chique sem ser metido. Adentrar no lobby me reforçou internamente que finalmente nasceu, em São Paulo, um hotel boutique capaz de agradar visualmente alguns viajantes e eu sou um deles. Gosto de mobiliário assinado, de espaços amplos (sem deixar de ser boutique), de uma equipe atenta e cool, de uma recepção minimalista, mas com atendimento no ponto máximo. Profissionais sempre prontos para dizer sim.

Simplesmente incrível. Novo, moderno, automatizado. Recepcao pelo hotel como de poucos. Áreas comuns (lobby, restaurante, piscina e academia) de tirar o fôlego. Café da manhã à mesa com opção variada (muitos alimentos integrais). Localização: perpendicular à Faria Lima.
