Everything was nice and the panorama is wonderful. It is a great hotel, indeed. The staff, the waiters, the reception girls, all are kind and warm. The only thing I would like to point out, is that at our room, the sheets and the towels, didn’t match the 5* hotel. Also, the toiletries (the small bottle of body lotion etc) were not replaced after the first night. Hope this will be read from the management and take actions. Everything else was perfect!

Excellent hotel with excellent restaurants and spa and pool area. Food also excellent. Wide variety at breakfast buffet. New conservatory to enjoy the view towards the Grimming mountain while dining.

Not what one would expect from a 5 star hotel. It happened multiple times, that my order in the restaurant was messed up, either the staff not understanding what I said or some other mysterious circumstances. Speaking of mysterious circumstances, a clean lady, I suppose, entered my room for some reason at 7:40 in the morning, which, at least to me, is a very strange time to be cleaning the rooms given that I woke up 10 minutes prior to that. I also found it a bit insulting, that the staff spoke to me in English even though I was speaking to them in German, which is just weird in an Austrian hotel. The rooms were ok for the most part, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable and my body was in pain every morning. I’d personally recommend staying somewhere else.

Wow wow wow is all I have to say. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed, the location here is just amazing. Surrounded by green hills and mountains, it’s especially beautiful in the morning when the fog is lying just above town. Breakfast buffet has a great selection. There’s a few different restaurants during the day or evening to choose between, you never need to leave the property. Lovely outdoor and indoor heated swimming pool with lots of lounge chairs, sauna and Jacuzzi. You get provided with a robe, hotel slippers and a large carry bag, which I found very convenient to carry things to the pool. Hotel is very quiet, bed is so comfortable and room and bathroom is very spacious. I went on lots of nice walks around the hotel property and surrounding town to admire the views that are everywhere. Can’t recommend this place enough! I can’t wait to return and will continue to recommend it to all my friend’s who travel Austria. There’s also a train station within 10 minutes so you can arrange a hotel transfer if you aren’t traveling by car.
