We really enjoyed our stay at the Condado Vanderbilt! The pools and all the lounging areas were beautiful!! The staff and service they provided were excellent!! They made everything easy!! The location was really nice - our room overlooked a local beach and we were able to walk to an excellent pizza restaurant - lots of eating options nearby!!

* 1 day ago when you visit an establishment looking to nourish your need for a quality meal and even better service -Tacos and Tequilas is the spot ! hotel vibe with a hip ambiance and servers with Pep in their step. one server in particular stood out amongst the rest and that was Esmeralda. This young lady is years beyond her age in understanding quality hospitality and professional service. From her warming smile to her desire to make you food experience one to remember she goes above and beyond always with the goal that you leave satisfied and want to come back. This company is quite lucky to have her and she is without a doubt an attribute to this business. I would definitely be eating here again and its because Esmeralda truly made the whole experience worth it

Kevin the pool attendant was so help with everything. He gave us excellent recommendations. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. Make sure you catch a sunset off of your balcony. They offer live entertainment and with multiple unique restaurants.

Amazing hotel, scenic views right in the water. Next level service. Kevin at the pool provided exceptional service and told us about the local attractions that we would have otherwise missed. The hotel is right in the middle of the action accessible to tours, restaurants and night life.

I really wanted to like this hotel. Great ambiance BUT to delay check in time by (at least) two hours because the previous guests in your room apparently had a late check out and your hotel can't handle the situation? Our check-in time is at 4:00 and we have been to the desk a number of times being told anything from 5 to 15 minutes and now we were just told by a very unapologetic front desk attendant that our room may or may not even be ready for another hour. Not an apology, as a matter of fact she took quite the attitude with us - how dare we expect an on time check in? The manager of this hotel needs to start paying attention to the reviews because they are going to start losing customers left and right. This treatment of guests is unacceptable. This is a high-end hotel that does not feel high end with the way they treat their customers. I am extremely disappointed and will not be back
