Nice hotel, but do NOT book with points. They will charge you on top of that and then not return phone calls to correct the problem. We stayed two nights and are quite disappointed that this is happening to us. We talked to someone in finance and they are now “ghosting” us. Very unprofessional.

I had a great stay at the NOPSI Hotel. I came for a business trip and had arrived one night early for some extra fun time, however there had been a mixup with our meeting organizers and my extra night hadn't gotten booked! But not to worry, Sean at the front desk helped address the issue asap! He not only found me a great room, but he also was able to give me the best available rate, AND was able to allow me to stay in that same room for the duration of my stay -- even though that room wasn't part of our group rate block. It took a lot of extra admin work to make it happen, and he did it with the utmost patience and hospitality. Thank you Sean!!! I also found the entire hotel staff to be lovely and helpful, and the catering for our meeting onsite was excellent!! There is also a wonderful rooftop bar AND a free glass of wine upon check-in. Beyond all that, the neighborhood is super convenient and walkable to a lot of nearby spots. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Everyone working there is so lovely. Richard was the most helpful there. It is placed in the perfect area. Food all around and a CVS less than a block away. It is a little expensive so make sure to bring it extra cash. Perfect for big events or just a couples get away. The views from the roof are amazing 10/10 overall!!

I had a great stay at the NOPSI. The room was nice and clean. The staff cleaned the room in the day. The rooftop bar is great and the complimentary wine up there with a view is really nice too. Richard was extremely nice and very helpful in the lobby. He’s got a good sense of humor and knows how to make you smile. Will come back again!
