Preferred Hotels & Resorts Careers

Small-Gold-Pineapple.jpg

In 1968, the Preferred brand was founded by a small group of 12 luxury hotels. Since then, the company has grown into the world’s largest independent hotel brand, representing more than 650 of the finest hotels, resorts, residences, and unique hotel groups across 85 countries. We credit this growth to our team of more than 250 associates in nearly 40 cities worldwide who work diligently to support our goals by providing a comprehensive range of services in areas including finance, sales, development, marketing, revenue management, distribution, technology, and so much more.

At the very core of our Preferred Promise to partners, guests, and associates are two simple foundations: travel and hospitality. It is not just what we do as professionals, but who we are as individuals. Our team is driven by a passion for travel, inspired by the ability to make memories and to discover the world in remarkable, exceptional ways.

As a family-owned company, Preferred Hotels & Resorts embraces authentic hospitality as a human experience, not just a business experience. Teamwork, integrity, global perspective, and innovation are values we live by every day. We are, by every definition, a hospitality company.

We invite you to explore our open positions worldwide and consider how you may become a part of The Preferred Life.
