Coordinator, Web Content — Newport Beach, California
The primary responsibility of the Coordinator, Web Content is to collect, write, edit, and upload content for Preferred Hotel & Resorts’ consumer-facing website, PreferredHotels.com, while following brand standards and voice and maximizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques. The Coordinator will oversee the digital content development for new hotel implementations, assist with editing and refreshing previously created content, and support all web content-related requests from hotel representatives. As needed, the Coordinator will provide general support to the Ecommerce team.

Digital Asset Manager, Creative Services - Newport Beach, California
The Digital Asset Manager will be responsible for designing and managing the digital asset management system for Preferred Hotels & Resorts. He/she will be leading the collaborative collection, selection, organization, maintenance, enhancement, archiving, and delivery of digital assets, while developing and implementing best practices to generate efficiencies that provide increased productivity and organizational excellence. The Digital Asset Manager will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to manage day-to-day asset needs while also maintaining PH&R’s long-term digital distribution workflow and strategy. He/she must have strong technical skills with digital files and practical experience in implementing new solutions across a business.
Director, Global Sales - Mexico & Central America
The primary goal is to increase revenue to our member properties. This is accomplished by building relationships with clients in their geographic territory, such as travel agents, corporate meeting planners and corporate travel planners. This position uses our vast hotel network and his/her own strong client relationships to drive business to the hotels and resorts. Though the Director, Global Sales – Mexico & Central America is part of a regional team, he/she is responsible for generating business to hotels globally.
Director, Revenue Account Management - Florida
The Director, Revenue Account Management (DRAM) ensures maximum revenue generation for hotels within the region and to PHR through effective use of the company’s Central Reservation System and distribution channels. The DRAM is an active part of the regional team supporting the region’s hotels in terms of reservations/revenue analysis and consultation, new hotel implementation, account development and penetration, and other key aspects of the member/PHR relationship.
