Absolutely loved our stay! Our 3 bedroom villa was large and spacious. The grounds were well kept and maintained. Family visited all the swimming pools and enjoyed them. We hit all the restaurants and the food was excellent. The thing I loved the most was the staff. They all were so friendly and helpful.

Excellent resort. Quaint, comfortable, and fun. It was clean. Food was really good. Rooms were nice. I visited the pools, gym, restaurants, and bars. My group had a wonderful stay! (Recommend flying into Key West if you go!) You will not be disappointed whatsoever. This was family-friendly but also perfect for our small conference. Highly recommend.

The stench from sewage near our “premiere king” room is nauseating. Engineering “cannot find anything wrong”. Housekeeping staff do not speak or understand english so it was frustrating when they were knocking on our door at 8:30am as if we were supposed to check out on day 1. Resort is very pretty and has nice amenities but if we have to smell sewage for the entire week I would think they would do something about it instead of an apology blaming it on the tide and saying hopefully it will dissipate. Going back to Cheeca Lodge in the future and advise not staying near the oasis adults only pool here if you decide to book a room. I am pretty sure this is an ongoing issue and that is the real reason they cannot fix it.

This is a beautiful looking resort. A lovely pool area and great sport facilities. Only downside for me was the town houses ( self catering houses) are all actually privately owned. This means the standard is variable. Unfortunately on arrival our private pool was filthy dirty, we only had 1 broken sun lounger for 4 guests, kitchen cupboards didn't fit properly and had only basic kitchen kit. The furniture was quite tatty. Only the lounge tv worked, none of the bedroom ones. We even had an exposed electrical socket by the main bed. I went immediately to discuss these issues with the reception to be told they couldn't do anything out it because they didn't own it! My son spent hours cleaning the pool so we could use it. By midweek after much nagging the hotel finally lent us 2 sun loungers. i was very disappointed by their response to my complaints. I felt as I booked with them they should be sorting out the issues and getting on top of the owner to sort the house out for future guests. The resort could also do with a small grocery store. For self catering it was nearly 10 miles to a large supermarket. A small grocery store would have been extremely helpful.
