Adrian? Baby, he was the BEST assistant hands down. Always on point—checking in, texting us back quick, setting up our days like clockwork 🙌. Now don’t y’all sleep on them SHOWS 🎤✨ — MJ tribute, the burlesque, the waltz… baby, ALL of that was drop the mic worthy. And that DJ? Kept the party rollin’ non-stop 🎶💃. Big shout-outs comin’ through: ✨ Giovonni & William at the Serenity Bar 🍹 – y’all kept the drinks rollin’ and the laughs flowin’. ✨ Ericque at the Pool Bar 🌊 – had the vibes right every single day. ✨ The food crew 🍽 – top notch, every bite was hittin’. ✨ Housekeeping 🧹 – kept everything clean and fresh, couldn’t ask for better. And babyyy… the SPA? Pure voodoo magic 🪄✨. Left me feelin’ brand new! Ain’t never been a dull moment the whole time. It was love from start to finish, and baby, I’ll be back—my life depends on it! 💯🔥

Our stay at the Hevan Rivera Cancun was an experience we will never forget, we did all-inclusive which made our stay relaxing and stress free. It was an unforgettable amazing place, with beautiful gardens and facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful with access to private pool. The food was supreme offering the best world wide fine dinner. It was was a lifetime memory to be remembered always in our hearts. Finally We would like to thank you Sandra ( Supervisor at the reception). She helped us at the check-in and during our stay at the hotel to have the best to make our stay special. She suggested to us to upgraded our room to the Serenity Club which was the best decision we made and it was perfect for us, It was an unforgettable amazing experience. I really recommend to upgrade to the Serenity Club. Thank you again to the Staff at the Serenity Club, and specially Roberto, Julian and Blanca at the Tahani pool bar. Also the staff at the Spa and Moccacino coffee bar.

We stayed 5 days and 4 nights in Partial Ocean View room. The rooms are modern designed, super spacious, ceiling fan over the bed, plenty of closet, drawer storage (awesome), robes, slippers, access to the closet from the bathroom (awesome), built in speakers in the bathroom (awesome), two waterfall shower heads, various sitting areas throughout the room, balcony overlooking the quiet pool, ocean views – great choice in room design only downside to the room was the room temperature. We had the temperature set on the lowest setting and it never got “cold” I brought a small fan that I kept bedside which helped. Veronica our maid took great care of our room and provided turn down service. Very easy to make all restaurant reservations. Santiago and Santos were our favorite breakfast waiters at Flavors, Santos provided bottomless mimosa service and to go mimosas which I loved! Paloma at the quiet pool provided bottomless drink service, she is on her game. She was very attentive to our service. The only time we were without drink is when we wanted to be. Limes Bar was a nice venue and a popular before/after dinner drink location. There is a mixologist, Miguel, who took great care of everyone. We were there on a Saturday where only Miguel was working on one of their busiest evenings, Miguel did his best to keep up with the orders and was nonstop. There were Hoka orders that would consume time away from drink service, we watched the Hoka set up and it takes quite a bit of time – maybe having someone dedicated only to the Hoka set up would help assist during the busy times. We stayed at the quiet pool mostly. I loved the quiet pool’s design, palm tree islands in the pool, the beach entry pool such a nice touch! Since the beach wasn’t swimmable this pool was a nice replacement. Going forward, I’ll compare all pools to Haven’s beach entry pool! It remained refreshing in comparison to the party/infinity pool which felt like a hot tub by afternoon. On our last day after our time at the quiet pool returned to our room and used the hydra tub on our balcony, filled up ½ way with cold water to just relax and chill out – not sure why I didn’t do this sooner – felt amazing! The seaweed is much worse this season although it seems this area normally has seaweed and not a normal swimmable beach. The beach furniture and grounds didn’t appear regularly maintained due to the weather of furniture, vegetation overgrowth, and steps full of sand – made it hard to see the steps. There is a sign on the beach that indicated the area is a National reef Park of Puerto Morelos. I did see a tractor removing seaweed during an early morning walk, they do try to remove seaweed in the morning but there is too much to keep up with. A treat on the beach is the sunrise just beautiful although most days on our trip was cloudy morning blocking the sunrise. Another treat – all the sea turtles laying eggs! The Haven beach is a NESTING BEACH! There were so many sea turtle body pits where the female sea turtle dug out to lay her eggs. I actually watched a female sea turtle make her way back to the ocean, it was remarkable! What a treat! The moon was so glorious on several evenings, the pictures were beautiful over the ocean. Sunrise, sunsets – just wonderful views and scenery.

We had such a wonderful experience at the lobby bar, thanks to Pedro. His friendly personality, attentiveness, and excellent service truly made our visit special. We will definitely be coming back because of the amazing staff and the outstanding hospitality here.
