Fine dining restaurants include:

Casa Playa – Set next to Encore Beach Club, this beachy, airy restaurant puts a local spin on authentic Mexican cuisine such as carnitas, seafood, and tacos.

Cipriani –  With other locations in New York, Hong Kong, and other global cities, Cipriani makes its debut in the American West with a beloved menu of Italian dishes in a glamorous space boasting nautical touches.

Delilah – Inspired by early Las Vegas showrooms and vintage supper clubs, Delilah serves fine American cuisine accompanied by live music, DJs, and Sunday jazz performances.

Lakeside – Set by the Lake of Dreams, Lakeside specializes in "ocean-to-table" fish from Hawaii and prime-aged steaks. While you dine, watch the vivid, nightly music and imagery shows projected onto the lake.

Mizumi – Located by Wynn’s Japanese gardens with their 90-foot waterfall and koi pond, this Japanese-style eatery serves sushi, sashimi, and teppanyaki.

Sinatra – Paying homage to Frank Sinatra, this Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant serves Italian classics, including personal favorites of the famous 20th-century crooner.

SW Steakhouse – While overlooking the beautiful Lake of Dreams, taste exquisite cuts of meat, such as the chili-rubbed double rib-eye steak (featured on the Food Network’s "Best Thing I Ever Ate").

Tableau – This American-style breakfast joint is the perfect way to start your day, with Light Fare options including Bircher Muesli and Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal, plus entrees like a Spanish Omelet, Western Frittata, and a Tableau Breakfast.

Wing Lei – Treat yourself to fine dining at the only Forbes Five-Star Chinese restaurant in North America. Choose from dishes that include Peking duck, carved in the oriental-styled, gold-toned restaurant overlooking a private garden of 100-year-old pomegranate trees.

Casual dining restaurants include:

The Buffet – An extensive number of international bites are available from 15 live-action cooking stations, where you can also enjoy dinner and show pairings.

La Cave – Described as a wine and food hideaway, this retreat offers both intimate and open-air seating. Choose from tasty small plates, as well as from a wide-ranging wine list.

Red 8 – Stop by this casual restaurant that delivers a mix of Asian dishes from China, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam, including Hong Kong-Style Crispy Noodles and Curried Singapore Rice Vermicelli.

Allegro – For quintessentially Italian-American dishes made with the freshest ingredients — think Rigatoni and Meatballs and Wood Stone Margherita Pizza — Allegro is a must.

Terrace Pointe Café – Pop into this casual cafe for simple breakfast or lunch dishes, or pick up a sandwich or salad and order it to go.

Wazuzu – Pan-Asian flavors are the order of the day here, typified by specials like Wok Tossed Mongolian Beef, Black Pepper Filet Mignon, and Cantonese Sea Bass.

Jardin – Get amazing bites here, day and night, from Apple-Maple French Toast to the signature Jardin Burger (house-cured pork belly, tomato umami aioli, and cheddar cheese).

Charlie's Sports Bar – Named after the famous casino Host Charlie Meyerson, this colorful bar and grill is the stomping ground of sports fans with a penchant for hearty American food.

Caffé Al Teatro – An ornate European cafe featuring 24-hour gourmet express dining with breakfast selections, all-day savory fare, sweet treats, and fresh-roast coffee, local beers, and wellness drinks.

Espresso – A go-to spot for quick snacks, handcrafted coffee drinks, gourmet breakfast, lunch and dinner items in a glamorous space clad in polished stone and shining metal.
