With gracious hospitality and a peaceful, central location, it’s the perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Highlights of the hotel include:
Paintings of British rural hunting scenes, Windsor Castle, and high-society portraits spanning the 17th to 20th centuries adorn the walls of the hotel, adding to the sense of stepping into an old English country club, far away from traditional Louisiana.
The 314 spacious, light-filled guestrooms and suites are furnished with pastel floral fabrics, Louis XVI chairs, and silky Italian Frette sheets, creating French-chic spaces with a nod to European regality. Begin your morning by admiring the view of the Mississippi River from your suite’s balcony before preparing for a day in the city by sprucing up in the marble bathroom with its indulgent Diptyque toiletries.
If you stay on one of the esteemed top four floors of the hotel at Club Level, you will be provided with access to the private Club Lounge, where you will find complimentary continental breakfasts, afternoon tea, and evening hors d’oeuvres with cocktails. Rely on your dedicated concierge for VIP treatment, from access to private golf clubs to organizing special fishing excursions in the Louisiana Bayous to catch crab and redfish.
One of the defining features of The Windsor Court is the inimitable fine dining experience. Leading the way is The Grill Room, a Forbes Four Star and the AAA Four Diamond winner, followed closely by the Polo Club, where you can take in some New Orleans jazz, and Le Salon, where you will be served English afternoon tea.
During your visit to The Windsor Court, work up a sweat at the fitness center, relax at the spa, take a dip in the saltwater swimming pool, and get ready to explore all that vibrant New Orleans has to offer.
Get ready to meet the day head-on after a workout at the fitness center that overlooks the rooftop pool. Later, the poolside bar is the perfect spot for a light salad or a late afternoon glass of wine. Alternatively, you could retreat into the urban sanctuary of the spa for a facial or a Swedish aromatherapy massage.
Right in the city center, you’re well-located to head out and explore the Big Easy. Join a walking tour through the French Quarter to learn about this historic, culturally rich city, or visit the National World War II Museum, an uber-popular stop for visitors. Wander down the French Quarter’s Royal Street, the best place to go antiquing in the city. A trip to New Orleans wouldn’t be complete without an evening of jazz. Head to Frenchmen Street for some of the most authentic local jazz bars, including the Spotted Cat or Snug Harbor.

This is a lovely well maintained luxury hotel in New Orleans near the quarter. Truly a perfect stay! Our well appointed room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mississppi river. (Street noise and a rather loud cruise line horn blast in the middle of the night only minor complaint but it didnt bother us, just fyi if you are a light sleeper that can’t get back to sleep). Very Comfortable bed, Ac worked great in the middle of summer, good hot water, all the amenities including a for-fee goodie bar. We ate twice at the 2nd floor grill - highly recommend the brunch. The entire property is lovely including a very nice pool area and grill. Great location for quarter attractions. But the best part? The staff. Incredible service and attention to detail. This is the friendliest hotel staff we have ever had the pleasure to meet in all pf our travels. Every single person we encountered from the bellman to the waiters worked towards a welcoming stay and making us feel appreciated and pampered. LOVE this hotel. Thank you

We stayed here for 3 nights in a premium suite queen. There was plenty of room for our family of 4, very comfortable and clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Location wise, it’s perfect. Slightly away from the very busy areas, but near enough French Quarter etc to walk (we felt safe walking around in early evening, but were obviously careful). The Polo Club is excellent, although note that the food is more of a snack size than a proper meal. We visited here 3 nights. The Friday night was very busy and we had to wait over an hour for food which was less than ideal. Saturday night was much better, and the live music was excellent. We had the jazz brunch at the hotel on Sunday which was worth doing - nice food whilst listening to the jazz band. The pool area is clean and there were plenty of sunbeds available, although obviously the pool size is limited as it’s a city centre pool. The pool drinks service was average. I asked for a non alcoholic cocktail ($9) which turned out to be a splash of rose/violet cordial, with some lukewarm warm, flat, soda water (I queried this and was told that’s how it was supposed to be). If that is the standard of drinks normally, personally I’d avoid it! All in all, this is a great hotel and I’d happily return.

I can set the room temperature to my preferences ( really cold). NO NOISE!! What soever. If you've e er stayed in the French q quarters you know that noise pollution, specially at night; is a big problem. Not at Windsor Court. The rooms are quieter than a church mouse. Besides, the concierge floor has such g great food and atmosphere that I very seldomly have a reason to leave at night.
