Very Disappointing Stay

The hotel is very old. The furniture is worn out. They are stingy! Coffee amenities in the room are usually complimentary, but here they are charged. All the hotel’s décor is outdated. The bathrooms are extremely small. There is no soundproofing at all. The elevators take a long time to arrive.
Disappointed and terrible Air Conditioner System

Unfortunately, our stay at the Park Lane was disappointing. The air conditioning did not work properly throughout our visit, making the room uncomfortable and difficult to rest in. For a hotel of this category, we expected much better maintenance and service. While the location is convenient, the lack of a functioning air conditioner overshadowed the experience.

Incredible View and even better service. Joseph Darcourt was very helpful and attentive and our experience wouldn’t have been as great without him. Extremely charming and kind man.

Joseph was so friendly! Staff helped resolove all our needs! Drinks were excellent as well. Chicken sliders were very good.
Best experience. Drinks were amazing and so was the food. View is incredible of Central Park can’t get it anywhere else
