First and foremost, major thank you and shout out to Andi at the front desk who not only helped us extend our stay but also advocated for our family to get a refund when I accidentally booked us online for the wrong date and wanted to rebook for the correct one. She was so sweet and went above and beyond in regard to customer service!! The room was lovely, the beds were so comfy and as a family of 4, the spacious rooms were a highlight of our trip. The pool was relaxing, the view was incredible, shops/dining were an easy walk and the beach access ramp was super convenient. All around great experience!

Beautiful hotel. Clean, modern and a welcome respite from Daytona Beach noise and crowds. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and the pool is lovely. The nighttime valet, Jon, was such a kind and helpful young man - and a welcome sight after a long day of travel. The people who work here are very nice. Elevators are fast and there are enough of them. Beautiful views of the ocean. Highly recommend.

Our overall experience at this hotel was not terrible, but it was not the vacation experience we were hoping to have. We were at the hotel over Memorial Day weekend, so understood that the hotel was likely to be busier than usual and we were prepared for that. We were not prepared for the staff to be a part of the problem. There is a resort fee of $30 per night that gets you nothing. There are no umbrellas or chairs provided by the hotel down on the beach, so be prepared to pay $50 per day if you want it set up by an outside vendor. The hotel will provide you with towels that you can use at the pool deck or take down to the beach with you, so I guess that’s what you get for that resort fee. In the hotel restaurant, there is an 18% tip added to every bill, including to the breakfast buffet. So, be prepared to tip your waiter 18% just to have them ignore you, not bring you drinks that you have ordered, not refill your water glasses, and provide you almost no service. The staff did not seem to be interested in helping guests, and in fact seemed inconvenienced by basic guest requests such as can I please sit at a table with a view of the water while I’m on my beach vacation at a beach resort. The room was fine, big, but most of the space was not well used, so it was just wasted. There were only two hooks in the bathroom and no other place to hang anything to dry, so forget about hanging wet bathing suits up to dry if you also need to hang bath towels up to dry at the same time. Bottom line is next time we book a hotel in Daytona, it won’t be this one.

Please stay away from this hotel!! Our air in the suite didn't work. Our phone didn't work. It was so loud, no insulation in walls or from the outside noise. Rude staff! Be prepared to be hot, tired, irritated and treat badly. We addressed these issues with management. No care or concern was given. No professionalism whatsoever.
