Our experience at the hotel was nice, the accommodations were nice however there was a really bad smell at the bar A+ O. I got to the hotel on Friday and we checked out on Monday each day at the bar. The smell got worse the last day that we were there we went outside to eat because we couldn’t take the smell in the restaurant area either and then ended up leaving and not eating at all.

The bathroom smelled like mold! Didn’t think it was at the level. Really mediocre room for a very high price. Food (burger) at the restaurant was awful.

Stay here was mixed. Nice property. seems a bit dated in hallways and rooms. Valet was a nightmare. Too much traffic not enough attendants. Call down for the car and if (when) they didnt pick up and the message went to guest services, the car was never pulled around. Wi-fi (and texting) was a nightmare and terrible. Dead spots. Front desk check-in never really mentioned wifi, or shuttle service or breakfast/pool/spa hours. TV was fine. A/C worked alright, but didn't keep the temperature. Shower pressure ok, room darkening shades worked. Nice balcony. Room was clean, 2x daily maid service was nice. Fridge in room was nice too. One side of the bed was terrible (think pothole). Nothing in the area, Not a walking area. On water, but no beach to use. Can't walk marina either - no path. Concierge was always busy (maybe the need more then one). Was also looking at Lido - that had a nice rating and is in much better area - probably try that next time in area.

The hotel was fantastic! We loved our stay there and would stay there again in a heartbeat. I want to particularly give a shout out to the concierge. We utilized them throughout our stay and they were absolutely incredible! Very helpful and always accommodating.

The staff was amazing. I had an excellent massage followed by dinner. Hamachi crudo is a must. You never have to leave. I'll be back again. .
