Taxes make a reasonably priced hotel more expensive than it should be IMO. Beware of Orlando. Nice hotel in great location. Food average at best. Scrambled eggs were warm not hot. Other breakfast was supposed to have ham and cheese chopped and added to scrambled eggs. Ham on the side and no cheese. Blueberry muffin at ice cream counter was cold and dry. And I mistakenly left 6 shirts in the armoire drawer. It took three calls to three different people to finally coordinate with housekeeping to actually go check on the room. Joscelyn Martinez of housekeeping saved the day; found the shirts; delivered same to front desk. Intra-front desk communications and coordination did not work to my advantage until someone actually connected me with housekeeping. Kudos to Joscelyn!

Our room was spacious, clean and exceptionally comfortable. The entire staff we interacted with were Polite, Friendly and Professional. We especially appreciated the attention to service despite a very busy weekend. The Valet Team, Front Desk and Housekeeping Teams all took individual attention despite the large numbers of guests staying that weekend. We will definitely return for another "Staycation" living close-by in an adjacent community.

This is an amazing hotel with great rooms, service and food. And a great location with very walkable areas. I was recommended this hotel by a client of mine. It was above and beyond what I was expecting. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby.

My experience at Hamilton’s was disappointing. As hotel guests, we decided to try out the restaurant, arriving around 7:00 pm for dinner. Seating took far too long, considering the facility was essentially empty. I would consider expediting the seating of guests and a more friendly tone by the host. The curt "too bad, so sad" message was NOT well received. The server was excellent and professional, but it would have been beneficial to have more frequent checkpoints. There were no chef's specialty menu choices, which is unusual for a restaurant at this price point. The meal service was painfully slow. During our departure, not one of the three people in the host area acknowledged us, provided a thank you, or a kiss my ass (unforgivable). One of these persons appeared to be at the management level. The hotel is outstanding, but the restaurant services are lackluster at best.

Perfect for a family gathering. The grounds, the seating areas in the lobby, the restaurant, the pool. We had 22 there for a family anniversary and everything was perfect! The rooms are darling and so clean! The food was delicious! They even made a special menu just for us in the private dining room.
