The Inn overall is lovely and very quiet rooms. The location is perfect for strolling up to Park Ave shops and restaurants. The room itself however is in need of a refresh as evidenced by the stained bar stool and damaged ottoman.

The check-in experience was one of the poorest/weirdest I have experienced. There was not valet, and no bellman, so we just pulled up front, and then had a frantic bellman coming up while we were checking in asking for our keys. He then moved our car, into the rain, and left all of the doors open, getting the leather inside my car soaking wet. Asking for my bags was a mess. The check-in desk told me to leave a sticky note of what items I wanted brought in from my car because there was no bellman (so weird). I received an email directly from Alfond Inn two days before check-in offering me a room upgrade, which I selected. Then I got an email day before saying upgrade not available. I called the hotel day before to inquire, and they said "we'll upgrade you at check-in."I'm also entitled to an upgrade when available through my Venture X credit card. When I got to check in desk, they said no upgrades available. Very disappointing since Alfond Inn emailed me offering an upgrade. A mess. Hamilton restaurant was not good. Everyone in our group was served a nearly raw burger and some sent their food back. My chicken was so saltly that it was nearly inedible. We valeted the car the first night and they literally just parked it on the street and charged me $35. Don't bother valeting your car here. Thank goodness I checked my bill at check out because they overcharged me by $85. They didn't apply my $50 Venture X experience credit, and they also charged me for a second night of valet. I didn't valet my car the second night because I could just park it on the street myself for free literally in front of the hotel.

This is a beautiful place and so convenient to downtown Winter Park. The pool and amenities were top notch and even if it is pricier than what we usually pay for a stay with family, it was worth it. We will be back.

I brought my wife as a present and we had a fantastic time. The boutique hotel feel was present everywhere we went. As an interior designer and art lover she appreciated all of the work put into the design of the facility, and the beautiful choices made in decorating the space. The staff was kind and accommodating, rooms were clean, and the spa was wonderful. She says David gave her one of the top 3 massages she's ever had. We had such a good time my wife asked for us to return for a longer stay.

Wonderful experience, accommodations, staff, location, and spa. The Alfond In. And Spa was perfect for our girls trip in July. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping in Winter Park, a great place to explore. We spent the day at the Spa and it was thoroughly enjoyed by all, we enjoyed the pool and having lunch poolside before our treatments was very relaxing. Service was great.
