Warm and wonderful Beaumont Mayfair

This is a lovely hotel tucked away in Mayfair. Everything at Beaumont Mayfair is five-star; from the lobby, restaurant and bar to the beautifully appointed rooms to the welcoming and efficient staff, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We've had several favorites whilst staying in London, but this shall be our favorite from now on. We look forward to our next visit with you.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient location. The concierge staff was super helpful and the bellmen even better. Breakfast in the hotel is quite nice and the housekeeping staff is excellent. You can get here easily by taking the Elizabeth Line from Heathrow (and avoid a lengthy and expensive car trip.). Very close to Bond St station, Hyde Park, Marble Arch, theater district, etc.

The Beaumont is not just a five-star superior hotel, it is the revelation of hospitality, service and perfection! The whole team (bellmen, front desk, concierge, housekeeping, bar, ...) fulfils wishes that you don't know you have. You feel welcome and cared for from the very first second, as if you are staying with friends!!! The best hotel we've ever stayed, thank you so much, we‘re coming back as soon as possible, Kathrin and Paul
Every other venue is mediocre in comparison. I challenge all of you.

I just wanted to write in and say thank you to you and all your team that hosted us for Afternoon tea at The Beaumont. I did write an online review but it did not have the space to include everything I said, but I am so compelled to write to you and your team to try and express the thanks of the entire guests which included my daughter. The quality of your tea is top class. Most teas I have experienced in other places go unnoticed and without character in an afternoon tea. But the teas you have were another class above. The whole team in the room were so welcoming and professional we couldn't help but beam as they engaged us. Indeed, if I could have taken a picture as one of the team (the main guy there I think, who knows about teas) who was talking to the men at the table, they were all smiling at him with wonder in their eyes. The food was stupendous and I have to give credit to the homemade jam and especially your secret stash of marmalade. More like the secret weapon. Your venue was top notch for the upkeep of the wonderful decor and I am not ashamed to say some of the best toilets. It turns out that the people I sat with all based part of their opinions on the state and the provisions there and whilst more money is spent outside of the toilets, it really does make a huge difference when the effort is also present in the loos. The pianist you have also made a very grand and key contribution to the whole experience. My group were singing together by the end and the skills of the pianist did not go unnoticed. I want to express my thanks also to your team that were able to take such a large number of people for tea with changes at short notice. My only gripe is my fear that your place will be flooded with instagrammers, Tik Tok people and YouTubers. One of the things we did appreciate of it was its feeling of intimacy, even for a large group. We were on cloud 9 when we left. I have no doubts we will return. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to all as this may not be online, but I’d like the team to know how effusive we were when we left. Thank you once again and I do hope to visit again soon. The Beaumont Mayfair is an oasis! Our appreciation for the Beaumont began weeks before our arrival working with the Guest Relations Manager and conciege staff and continues past our stay. Every facet of our experience was brilliant! Even though the quality of the facilities and the location of the hotel was excellent, it was the people employed at the Beaumont and their superb guest-focused service that made our stay superb. Everyone from the bartenders, concierge, guest relations staff, room service, housekeeping to the front desk were so attentive and diligent. When we return to London, we'll be staying again at the Beaumont.
