This is our fourth visit to this lovely hotel. The T Cat terminal (airport limousine bus) is just over the road so very convenient when arriving from HND. Having previously joined the hotel loyalty scheme it was particularly beneficial for our early check-in. The rooms are a little small. but this is Tokyo. The room servicing and amenities were beautifully carried out. The executive lounge is a very special place. Sunset views with cocktails and canopies in the evening and a very sophisticated breakfast operation that caters for all. All the staff here are very personable, smiling with a good standard of spoken English. Can't wait to return.

The professional, courteous and accommodating staff make this hotel a standout. The hotel and its convenient location make this a comfortable stay, rooms are large by Japanese standards. The airport bus station is across the street, with a pedestrian bridge that connects directly to the hotel. The location, on the eastern edge of the Ginza, makes this a quieter neighborhood with lots of excellent local (tiny) restaurants with prices to match (tiny prices excellent quality).

Such an amazing friendly staff! The rooms were cleaned with great care and attention to detail. One minor flaw. The cupboard was quite small. But there were many drawers to store. What a great gym room which is an extra charge of ¥1100. The breakfast was exceptional. Loved their pastries. The cook prepared us delicious omelets Another real plus was that the hotel provides direct access to the subway line Z. Hope to come back one day.

The room was aged and bidet stop intermittently every time in the middle of usage. Stayed in executive floor with new style of room (unit bath toilet) which was much more user friendly especially the bath area that was separated from bath tub. But was given this old room for the second time staying so that was disappointing. Executive lounge was great for breakfast and cocktail. Check in was fast and self check out was convenient. Great location as it connects seamlessly to T-CAT where access to Narita and Haneda airport are very convenient.

A very nice hotel in Tokyo with direct access to a subway station. Well equipped rooms. Quiet location. Great and very attentive and friendly service staff. The restaurants are excellent. The Kobe beef steaks are especially recommended.
