Great hotel with great location. Staff were warm, friendly and attentive to our needs. Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast staff to Concierge Fabio went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for it's excellent location and amazing customer service.

Fantastic location, ok service, cleanliness needs improvement. Asked for room service which arrived quite fast. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom needed some extra cleaning. The service at the reception was not particularly friendly. Breakfast was average

Excellent staff and service from the moment you walk through those floor to ceiling glass doors until the moment you leave. Highly recommend the family connecting rooms for our family of 4 so we slept on the king size bed in one room while our kids had their own singles in a suite style connecting room. Overall, I would guess about 550 sq ft. Water pressure was amazing but didn't love the shower design (half door) where water kept splashing out nor the very temperamental hot water that spurted out scalding unpredictably. All the dining options especially Sfizio were amazing. The buffet breakfast was average so definitely suggest ordering specialty coffee and the ala carte items free of charge off their menu. Housekeeping was attentive and excellent and turn down service made every night cozy and comfortable. The hotel is very large and maze like so would also recommend a room near the elevator. I would rethink the automatic cuperto that was added nightly. Although, it was explained this was not mandatory, somehow auto billing and asking them to remove in part made me feel bad since it caught this U.S. traveler by suprise. Saving the best for last and why we will return and return despite some minor flaws is the location. Simply could not be beat. Right behind the Duomo where you feel like you're in the center of everything Milan is famous for and offers.

My girlfriend and I visited from New York City over Xmas/New Years and I must admit...I am so impressed with the service at Rosa Grand that I came to leave a review. I can be a "tough" traveler with very high expectations. Admittedly I made a few mistakes on our reservation including providing the wrong billing info and leaving an item in the room after we left. Rosa Grand's service in helping me was flawless - they responded very quickly and always with solutions. They rectified each issue despite me (maybe) being a bit of a pain. Additionally, the location is great for visiting the high-end stores, Duomo, and generally getting around the city easily. The location is very central. Also - I'd recommend the cocktails in the bar in the lobby as an "easy" drink before going out an exploring the neighborhood.
