Five star luxury hotel with great service!

Did a staycation at the Fullerton for the first time and I am impressed!! The hotel itself is extremely clean and well maintained - absolutely 5 star hotel and service. The view speaks for itself. The room itself was large and had a very comfortable bed. The food blew away my expectations and highlights include this lemon shrimp dish and crispy skin chicken. The cute panda pandan cakes was also fluffy and not too sweet. Highly recommend the Fullerton hotel for your stay. It was a great location too and popped next door to Ocean Park for a fun day of rides too.

Highly appreciate the excellent service and food at Lighthouse Cafe , Fullerton . This is my 10th visit to Lighthouse Cafe . The staff are extremely helpful and always wearing a smile . Especially Kim who is always serving each and every guest with his heart and professionalism knowledge . Thank you Lighthouse Cafe Team 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. We would definitely revisit Lighthouse Cafe again and again

Our family had a lovely staycation at the Fullerton. Everything went well starting with Bernadette at the front desk who cheerfully assisted our preferences during check in. The room service was also quick - the request for crib, baby bathtub, utensils, etc. My toddler and I tried the Explorer. We had to pay and there's a timeslot, but I like how it's arranged because that means there are not a lot of children and there are enough toys and space for everyone. Will definitely stay here again!

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the incredible service I received during my recent stay at the hotel. From the moment I checked in, the concierge staff provided excellent and warm service, especially considering I was with my daughter. They even offered us a complimentary upgrade to a lovely mermaid-themed room, which was a delightful surprise. I had booked a buffet dinner, but unfortunately, my daughter wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t eat much. When I asked one of the restaurant staff if I could take a few pieces of bread in case she got hungry later, Kim came over to introduce himself. He kindly offered to waive the charge for my daughter's meal, and other staff members brought over some fruit as well. It’s during difficult times that you truly see the quality of service a hotel provides, and I was genuinely impressed. I have stayed at the Fullerton Hotel several times over the years, but this experience stood out the most. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. I will definitely be returning!

Super cool hotel that is hidden away by the Ocean Park area in HK. Very professional staff, clean rooms and a big focus on sustainability make the stay here very rewarding. I'm a huge fan of their refillable water stations on each floor... the water tastes DELICIOUS. The views are also jaw dropping and the feeling of being in a really scenic and getaway is there during the entire stay. Their breakfast buffet is also a standout... tons of fresh food options. I shall return.
