After a disappointing start

Sun Sep 15 2024 04:53:30 GMT+0000 (Coordinated Universal Time) by George H

On arrival we had a problem with the rooms we booked. The night manager came up with a temporary solution and the next day the Manager Angela Ricci sorted everything out with professionalism and empathy. In fact the whole team was excellent. The views from the restaurant and bedrooms are outstanding and difficult to beat. The breakfast was good and the Sunday buffet lunch excellent. The location and amazing views speak for themselves but the kindness and friendliness of the staff made the stay memorable.

Wedding and 4 night stay, June 2024

Fri Jul 05 2024 20:42:29 GMT+0000 (Coordinated Universal Time) by Ambassador633893

When my fiancé (now wife) and I showed up with 30 of our American friends and family for our wedding, I was blown away by this hotel, its amenities, and the staff. Some of us were loud, and maybe a bit needy, but we had the same great service throughout our entire stay. All of the rooms have an incredible view of the surrounding landscape and the Mediterranean. The infinity pool is refreshing and the pool area is very relaxing. The restaurant and food were very good, with a menu that covers all of the bases (and does them all well). The tennis court and gym areas made it convenient to get a workout in. Our wedding and reception will always be the most memorable day of my life, and we owe those memories to this hotel and the people that work here. I can’t wait to come back and relive those moments.

From the moment we arrived Christopher was on hand to assist with our bags and check us into our room and from the moment we were ready to leave Christopher again came to our room took our bags. He brought the car around put all our bags into our car. I have not had this level of service elsewhere. Christopher thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

Pretentious

A place to avoid. Bed location. You have to take your car everywhere. Very limited breakfest. Hotel built with the cheapest prefabricated materials. Spa and sauna costs and very high prices limited in time. Thank god I could leave after one day.

Spa day and Massage with Emilie and Tristan

Sat Dec 23 2023 10:20:07 GMT+0000 (Coordinated Universal Time) by Joelle A

Emilie and Tristan were wonderful. We came in with neck muscle spasms and shoulder issues and their techniques and deep tissue massage made all the difference. This is our first time in Terrasses d’Eze. Very clean establishment and excellent service. We really appreciated the attention to detail of Emilie and Tristan when adjusting different body parts and stretching or massaging as needed, and in a way that can actually help your pain points feel better. Compared to a massage done previously, our experience here seemed much more therapeutic and would provide lasting results for the next few days. we highly recommend and will definitely come back!
