Wonderful four nights at this fabulous hotel. Location in the museum quarter is great, tube line and tram stop just outside . Hotel staff were so welcoming, friendly and professional, could not do enough for you. Restaurant is excellent, we are two evenings there. Breakfast is the best we’ve ever experienced by far. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and so luxurious. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

From the moment we checked in until we left the staff were always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was very good and we were well looked after by Steffan and other staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Swimming pool and sauna were visited. Ideal location to explore Vienna and there was a good range of bars and restaurants near by and a supermarket next door.

Our welcome was professional and friendly after an easy trip from the airport on the CAT, underground and a short walk. We were given maps of the city, and talked through the main attractions. As we were very early, our bags were stored and after a coffee in the ‘library’ we began our trip to Vienna on the Hop On Hop Off bus with tickets purchased from the hotel reception. Our room and all the areas of the hotel we visited were clean and well presented. One reason we!d booked the Sans Souci was the pool and it didn’t disappoint. It did get crowded on one day, and was on the cool side, but as it was for fitness this was fine. The gym looked good too, but we didn’t visit! On the first night we ate in the restaurant. There was only one vegetarian option for the main course but it was delicious as were the breakfasts. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful and the concierge remembered the reason for our trip and asked about it when we left making us feel valued. The hairdryer supplied in the room was very basic, I’d expected a slightly better one and had left mine at home. If you don’t want to spend ages drying your hair, and end up with it all fluffy, bring your own. However the dryers in the spa changing room were better. We feel we made the perfect choice for our short break to Vienna. Thanks to the whole hotel team!

Great breakfast options. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We were able to get around sightseeing easily by foot. There are many good restaurants nearby. We didn’t have a bad meal here. I would recommend booking the spa treatment in advance as it seems to be popular.
