Well, my husband and I decided to spend our longest stretch in Tokyo together, seven days and six nights to allow us to immerse ourselves deeper into neighborhoods we never had time to explore before. My husband particularly wanted plenty of space, and the Deluxe King Room gave us an expansive 432 square feet. Of course, it wasn't cheap as it was $332 per night. We didn't go into the hotel completely blind though because I stayed here at least a couple of times in my youth when I was vacationing with my parents. My dad was such a frequent hotel guest he became a gold member. My only concern was how dated it might've become in the intervening years. However, when we arrived, the service, amenities, and room were just as I remembered them. Consisting of two towers, the hotel is huge with over 1,400 rooms. We were given a room on the 24th floor of the South Tower, and we were fortunate because our window faced not only the Tokyo Night & Light Show on the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building but also on one sunny morning, a particularly clear view of Mt. Fuji. That was a really unexpected and truly spectacular sight. We really didn't take advantage of the numerous restaurants on the premises, but we did redeem our discount coupon for cocktails at the Aurora Sky Lounge on the top floor. The guest relations staff was especially helpful in securing us elusive reservations at popular sushi restaurants nearby. The prime Shinjuku location was also within walking distance of at least three different metro stations, not including Shinjuku Station.

I recently took a trip to Tokyo with my husband and six year old. We stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku. The stay was amazing. The hotel staff are warm, friendly, and professional. Every staff member works diligently to provide a great experience for hotel guests. The property is in a great location. It’s situated in a quiet area that is close to shops, restaurants, and transit. Inside the property there are several restaurants, a 7/11, bars, and bakery. These amenities make a stay away from home more easeful. In addition, on the 19th floor there is a laundry mat and the 47th floor has a wonderful lounge with children’s play space (my kid loved it). The 47th floor isn’t offered to all guests. It seems it depends on the kind of stay you have. I do think you can purchase a visit if needed. They have coffee and soft drinks available for free. And there are a ton of spaces to lounge in. The views on 47 are really nice as well. I would recommend a stay here for anyone. It’s a great property. Thanks for having us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed two nights in this hotel before boarding a cruise. We arrived very early in the morning so were unable to check into our room. However we were able to leave all our luggage whilst we spent the day exploring Tokyo. On our return we checked in & were given a club room with superb views of the Metropolitan building opposite the hotel which provided us with a superb view of the nightly light show. The bed was very comfortable & the bathroom was a good size. The toilets are something spectacular with heated seats & washing facilities. We used the club lounge for drinks on the 45th floor Sky lounge with great views over the local area & had dinner on both nights in the Aurora restaurant. All the staff were very attentive especially the Canadian check in Guy who was very helpful. Sorry I can't remember his name but he was superb as were all the staff. The hotel is conveniently situated & I have no hesitation in recommending it as a great place to stay.

This hotel is one of the largest I’ve ever stayed in; it has 12 restaurants and perhaps 4 bars on site with even a 7-11 store that has an ATM machine. The location is great too, almost next door to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government office, a twin tower complex with free large observation rooms in either the North or the South tower. There are two breakfast restaurants too. As I recall, the only thing this hotel lacks is functioning USB outlets in rooms.meNing you have to bring along your chargers.
