A must stay!

We stay here every couple weekends. We love the convenience of being right on Central Park, close to shopping and lovely restaurants. Check out is always a breeze and Anthony Pelaia went above and beyond to give us a gorgeous, upgraded room!
Mediocre experience

Hotel is decent. Needs some upgrading for sure. Not sure how this qualifies as a 5 star. Received dirty wine glasses, and reported it, and then they brought 2 more dirty glasses. Room temperature did not ever change despite the thermostat being set far lower. Bathroom is the smallest I've ever seen and poorly designed.

The twin bed rooms overlooking Central Park are super. The beds are comfortable and the rooms spacious with loads of storage space. Bathrooms are fair sized with jo malone products which was a nice touch. The hotel provides aluminium reusable water bottles which is fantastic but the water faucets are only on a few floors. It would have been great if drinking or chilled water faucets were on every floor. The food at the hotel restaurants and in room service is nice but limited and very few options for vegans and vegetarians. This is a serious drawback. We had a very pleasant stay and loved the hotel staff. Very friendly and courteous. The concierge section was exceptional especially MK, Raymond and the team there. On our second visit a day later, we were upgraded to two park facing rooms on the 32nd floor and this was the best part of a great trip to New York. I would definitely recommend the hotel even though the rooms cost a bomb.

Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The view over Central Park is unbeatable. Simply a wonderfully classic and timeless central-park experience! The rooms and spacious and bathrooms very modernized and comfortable. A highly recommendable hotel!
