We've stayed at the palms for over 20 years and the experience gets better every time. It all comes down to customer service and we think they're the best at the beach. Fabulous landscape and wonderful decor with an old school Florida vibe make it our favorite spot in South beach.

Overall Resort was nice! Beautiful outside gardens and pool etc.. Food & Service Excellent. Beware - We received coupons for Breakfast. 5 people (front desk) told us it was free for our Rm #. Billed $75 each day? Called & Ft Desk Mgr she said should refund OK. Corp. Gen. Mgr. called & said coupon was not for Free? He told us that he would refund 1 day Breakfast & call me back to see if Food & Bev. dept. would do more? After 3 weeks He Did not Reply to my 5 or 6 phone messages? We are still charged $300 for 4 Breakfast meals??? Unprofessional! We are so disappointed, we are relaying this message to all our friends. Please note: the $479 room was a little small & only 1 person could fit in the bathroom at a time. That is OK. But, to have 5 staff members tell us something that is not true & the Gen. Manager wouldn't do what he told us either is unacceptable for the thousands of dollars cost for the the 4 nights cost us! I guess that we were guilty of believing what we were told everyday??

very nice and clean. the TV works! and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend it. Pricing is no more than the other adjacent hotels it is a couple of blocks north of all the action of south beach, but actually that is not a bad idea if you want to get some sleep! The hotel has everything there

My partner got food poisoning and had to he seen at urgent care and lost the last days of our vacation in bed. The management never contacted us to see how we were, despite reporting 2x it to them and filling out a report. . They refused my request to not charge me for the bad food too. Service and quality is not a concern there anymore in my experience, evidently.
