Pink Sands Resort offers two restaurants in Harbor Island. Blue Bar serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the beach. Guests can enjoy a Goombay Smash cocktail and nosh on coconut-crusted jumbo shrimp or blackened fish tacos. Garden Terrace, under the direction of Chef Ed Boncich, offers elegant dinners and cocktails in a candlelit outdoor setting. Both establishments, which have been featured on the website of foodie magazine Saveur, specialize in the freshest fish and seafood dishes.
