A lush island setting surrounded by turquoise waters makes this a seafood lover’s paradise. Local catches are the standouts, but All-American casual classics also get the star treatment.

Alma: For a romantic rendezvous, head to this elegantly informal fine dining spot. Nuevo Latino specialties like dried chorizo-crusted cobia keep things spicy and the amazing seafood paella is best shared. A wide selection of rum and hand-rolled cigars are old school cool.

Angler and Ale: Naturally, a waterfront deck adorned with nautical touches must have knockout seafood, and the tuna nachos (and Caribbean conch fritters) don’t disappoint. Even better, we can “Hook & Cook” and have the chef prepare our freshly caught bounty. Have a nightcap by the fire pit - we’re fans of the signature Angler’s Ale brew and the Mason Mixers, craft cocktails served in a Mason jar. The Hook, Line & Sinker, a Tequila-based gem with agave and ginger, is our fave.

Beach Grill and Tiki Bar: Why leave your lounge chair when you’ve got stunning oceanfront views, your toes in the sand, and a prime spot by the lagoon? No worries – have fresh Caribbean seafood dishes or American classics delivered. Grab a poolside table if that’s your preference, or sidle up to the Tiki Bar for an island cocktail - rumor has it the bartender serves the best Mojito in the Keys. Kids love the Mocktails like the Tootsie Roll or Strawberry Limeade.

Ocean: Get ready for the best breakfast in the Keys, with mouthwatering options like banana brulee. You’re just a few yards from the Atlantic, so snag a waterfront table and tuck into island-influenced dishes, served buffet style or made-to-order. For dinner, we recommend the fried grouper sandwich or the mahi mahi.

Coral Grill: Families love this super casual spot smack dab between the Coral Cay kid’s headquarters and the popular Pirate Ship Pool. While our kids devour burgers, PB&J and ice cream, we reach for our own treat in the form of signature cocktails like the Goombay Smash.

Island Time: When we need to rise and shine, the lobby coffee bar is our first stop. We’ll fuel up with a Starbucks java and a few pastries or baked goods, and we’re ready for the day’s adventures.

Other options for eats: For a quick bite or beverage, we grab n’ go at the Dockside Snack Shop, or we order a Boxed Lunch ahead of time to take on our travels. When we don’t feel like leaving our room or villa, we check out in-room dining, or ring Puglisi’s Pizza for a fab pie. Villa Baskets deliver breakfast and lunch essentials like coffee, bread, cheese, and juice straight to your Villa…how convenient is that?
