This is one of my favorite Boston Hotels. The staff are welcoming the rooms large and clean. Plus the rooftop pool area, lobby snacks and coffee are all fab! Special recognition to Lilly, Norman and Alexandre, wonderful front desk staff and bellman. My only complaint is the price of rooftop ice tea is $8 for a glass with mostly ice. The eggs benedict for breakfast were yummy!

I am disgusted with this hotel! I booked in 6 days ago for a two night stay and I gave a credit card number for my stay and the 200 dollars was taken out straight away which is normal but 6 days later I am still waiting for it to be refunded! I have tried to e mail them but can not get an address so people beware if you need that money to carry on your holiday DO NOT book this hotel.

Everything was outstanding from check-in to checkout. Adam was super sweet at check-in. He let me know I had been upgraded to a fabulous room on the top floor. Easy access to pool. Great vibe at the pool/bar. Lobby was beautiful. In the morning they held our bags while we did some exploring. The Maparium is a wonderful little adventure. Great shopping and restaurants in the area. Easy access to and from Logan on the Logan Express bus. You won’t be sorry you stayed here.
