One of the best remaining 5 star values in Bangkok. Everything was as it should be in a 5 star hotel. Decent beds -not the softest, but reasonably soft, not hard Asian beds. Pillows were even better. Toiletries galore- dental kits with big tubes of Colgate (like dentist sample size, not typical hotel size), real actual bar soap (not the cheap dispensers), great shower pressure and never any hot water issues, even bathroom scales (all the better to track all that weight gain from the amazing food in Bangkok LOL). Internet was fast, and there were no hassles getting on it. Drinking water replenished daily. Elevators were remarkably fast and there were never any issues (unlike with another "5 star" hotel I used to stay at). Only thing is that you can hear the festivities below on one side of the hotel. If you're a light sleeper, request a room on the quieter side. Did not partake of breakfast... I think the Marriott next door has a slightly better spread for about the same price if you're a Bonvoy member. But that was an easy walk. In short, all around great hotel -my new go-to if I'm back.

I stayed here many times. Overall it is a very good choice in terms of value for money. Now they renovated the ground floor. They did not open all venues there yet. However, from what I saw, it is good concept that offers guest an even larger variety of food options in the hotel. It is already possible to sit at the terrace and watch the crowds on busy Sukhumvit. Not sure if they will also bring back the breakfast sets. I hope so as in the past I enjoyed it to have breakfast there while looking at the busy street. And for me it was a better option that a buffet. While the shower temperature is still incosistent which is a little annoying, you always get high water pressure and warm enough water. Inconsistent water temperature is an issue in many hotels unfortunately. Will stay there again in the future.

The Landmark Bangkok is a fantastic hotel and a big part of why I enjoyed my first ever trip to Thailand! The staff were so welcoming and accommodating and couldn't do enough for you. From the reception, to the restaurant and club lounge staff, to the lovely housekeeping ladies, and everyone in between, this is a fantastic team and I miss their kindness and smiles already. The room was perfect and exceptionally well-maintained. And a big thank you for the birthday surprise, it was so gratefully received and even made me feel a little better about getting older! Thank you to everyone, I cannot wait to return.

A wonderful five-star hotel, and everything in it is worth it. It is wonderful and they have many options. They also have people in the restaurant who speak Arabic fluently and provide the best services. I strongly recommend it and I will tell my friends about it.
