What an amazing place to stay. Let's start off with the staff. They took hospitality to a whole other level. Super attentive. My main man Ryan B. He was always down there. Ready to help. Always with the best recommendations for restaurants and locations. He was definitely my go-to and the main reason why this will be the only place we stay for now when I'm in New Orleans. And the barista in the coffee shop. That's a whole other conversation. Just wow!

Virgin Hotel in New Orleans is our go to whenever we visit this city, which can be a few times a year. The hotel is situated in a great location, rooms are comfortable and the southern charm is so appreciated from an amazing staff. Shout out to Ryan B who greets you so warmly as you arrive. He makes you feel special, remembers you and has such amazing tips related to anything NOLA. The Virgin is a great boutique hotel in the heart of the city, walking distance to so many great spots and close to transportation to get anywhere else you want to go. We look forward to our next visit!

Enjoyed the hotel. Eclectic and fun. Service was fantastic, especially Ryan B. The coffee bar, restaurant were both excellent. Highly recommend the place! It’s got an edgy vibe that makes you feel cool just to be there. Even the vallet service is excellent, above typical NOLA experience.

Pretty cool place, funky vibe as you would expect from Virgin! The service… the service is a cut above and makes the experience amazing! Everyone we encountered was kind, helpful and personable! Ryan B was exceptional! We will return because of the service! First class without stuffy or pretentious!

Ryan B. was so helpful and knowledgeable on our trip to New Orleans. He made our experience even better with his positive attitude and willingness to help us with whatever we may have needed! This along with the excellent service of the other employees definitely makes us want to stay at the other Virgin locations.
