THE PRINCE KITANO in NY is the best and friendliest hotel i ever stayed in. I have been there more than once and i never got disappointed. The staff meet with a warm friendly smile and words already at the entrance door it continue at the frontdesk. The rooms i always got was big and open, my kingsize bed, very comfy. Nice big impressive bathroom with bathtub and walk-in big shower, plenty of towels - When i was there the breakfast was included so i always had room-service - it took about 15mins before my delicious food was brought up by friendly staff. Everyday Yvonne from housekeeping came with a big smile on the face and did a great job. The hotel has also a fantastic Japanese Restaurant-I never has better Japanese food!! The staff so professional and friendly. The weather was fantastic the time i was there to spend some time at the roof-terrace with good drinks and snacks with again nice staff!!

Our stay at The Prince Kitano New York was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. They were accommodating, friendly, and attentive to all our needs. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the serene touch of having green tea and a water boiler in the room instead of the typical coffee setup. It was such a delightful and calming addition to our mornings. The location on 5th Avenue is ideal, and the peaceful, sophisticated ambiance made it the perfect retreat after exploring the city. Without a doubt, The Prince Kitano will be our go-to whenever we visit NYC. Highly recommended!

Just stayed for 5 nights and found the hotel to be clean and tidy and well located for all the sights. It is a short walk from Grand Central Station. Our room was a bit small but had a great view of the Empire State Building. Would stay again and recommend.

I loved my 3 night stay here! This hotel is centrally located to everything I was interested in walking to but also Grand Central for unwalkabe destinations. Front desk staff was super welcoming and nice. My room was very comfortable, clean and sleep quality was on point for me. I had a lovely view from my window which was bonus. The rates here were very reasonable for the area and quality, my rate included a food credit, some in room water refreshed daily and a nice little box of chocolates from the chocolatier downstairs. This was an excellent stay, I would 100% stay here again next time in the city!

Prince Kitano was a wonderful, surprising discovery, in Park Avenue in midtown. It is our most memorable hotel in the city-- we will long remember the beautiful suite and view. But most importantly, we will remember the staff, who did so much to make our holiday stay so magical, especially Ms Etsuko, who handled a reservation problem we had with such a lovely solution we will treasure it for the rest of our lives. (We were meeting up with our son, who had just returned from studying in Japan for two years. The Japanese style suite was so meaningful for him and us).
