Recently, we took our beloved mother to Taipei to celebrate her 90th birthday and were delighted to stay at the Metropolitan Premier. With her limited mobility, we planned everything carefully, and the hotel staff promptly responded to all our requests. Throughout our five-night stay, the quality of service was outstanding. From arrival, we felt warmly welcomed. The concierge, lobby staff, executive lounge team, and restaurant staff were all attentive and helpful. The food and drinks in the executive lounge were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, who kept our rooms impeccably clean and always greeted us with warm smiles. Thanks to their exceptional service. Really appreciate their diligence and kindness for giving us wonderful memories of our stay which we will always cherish.

Excellent hotel with clean and big rooms. Very efficient staff and quick service. Walking distance from metro station with good shops around.didn’t check the food so cannot comment on that. Everything was perfect for me so nothing to complaint.
Great place to stay in Taipei

Hotel is conveniently located Zhongshan District and easily reached from MRT Nanjing Fuxing station. Bedroom, bathroom are spacious and well equipped with amenities like hairdryer, USB ports, etc. Mattress is very comfortable ( as it’s not too soft). We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and breakfast included. Plenty of choices available in breakfast like Taiwanese, Western and Japanese food. We like the fresh mixed fruit juices very much. Definitely, we would like to stay here again for our next trip to Taipei.

First time Taipei, impressed with City, the people and the Hotel. The city was very clean, safe and the people very courteous and helpful. The location was great, MRT exits within 2-5 mins, allowing easy travel throughout the city, plenty of eateries nearby, as well as 7 elevens. We chose a Club room. The rooms have a traditional, rather than ultra modern feel, good size, clean, well appointed. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, Asian and Western, could get busy, but we always got a seat. The lounge is outstanding, the staff very attentive, good choice of wine, beer and some spirits, including Asian varieties. Food in the lounge was plentiful and varied. Would book again

An extremely good hotel the only negative being that if you did not arrive by car the approach to the entrance was not good. The staff were very welcoming and professional and keen to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was really good and we would stay here again.
