Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen am Douro wir hatten mit den Junior Suite ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Auch wenn im März noch nicht alles in Betrieb war. Für das Restaurant jedoch gilt das leider nicht. Das Frühstück was soweit gut, auch wenn es nicht verständlich ist, das keine Eierspeisen am Buffet frisch zubereitet werden!! Für ein Fünf Sterne Hotel ?! Beim Abendessen ein Mixed Grill für zwei Personen bestellt, minderwertiges Fleisch mit Knochen- Schwein- Rind die Endstücke wurden fast roh auf dem Tisch Grill serviert, mehr Fett Rand als Fleisch!! Zäh kaum essbar. Einzig das Hähnchen war gut. Keinerlei Soßen oder Butter wurden dazu gereicht. Die bestellten Süßkartoffeln waren verkocht. Unser mit Abstand schlechtestes Essen in Portugal. Das Patio44 in Porto dagegen ist eine Super Empfehlung.

Decidimos aproveitar o Porto com estadia no Pestana e que como é mandatório ter vista para o Douro. Não desiludiu em quase quase nada. Receção muito simpática. Todo o hotel estava impecávelmente limpo e com um cheiro super agradável. O quarto tem um tamanho bastante bom, limpo e bem equipado. Pequeno almoço com quantidade e qualidade onde o espaço é bastante agradável com possibilidade de se estar no exterior também. Decidimos jantar sempre no hotel dado que sendo inverno e noite pareceu mais simpático para os miudos e não defraldou em nada. 5* para o atendimento do Sr Matheus e para a Sra Dina. Entradas a destacar o Salmão e os croquetes. Adoramos o grelhado de peixe e a carne maturada. Doces Sabonete muito interessante e coração de ouro de chocolate. A melhorar diriamos a piscina interior muito muito pequena e a cobrança do estacionamento não faz sentido. Em suma gostamos muito fica a vontade de voltar no Verão para desfrutar do exterior.

Excelente atendimento.Todos muito simpáticos. Staff atencioso. Comida saborosa e bem confeccionada. Adorei a Pavlova, o gelado casou bem com o doce . Ambiente do restaurante agradável e com decoração clean. Voltaremos com certeza. 🌟🌟🌟
