good experiences and nice hotel it is my 2nd visit here at grandwest side hotel. all staff are very helpful and thank u to mr.arvin tenefrancia and nicasio harland from engineering dept to asst me. sa pag akyat ng mga gamit at pag ayos ng aircon. thank u. highly recommended

my family and I had a quick weekend staycation to celebrate my brother’s birthday. I swear it was one for the books! Our room was clean, big in size, comfortable and cozy. Everyone who we passed by always greeted us with a smile and warmness. How they took care of us and how they made my brother’s celebration memorable is enough reason to return. We stayed to celebrate our birthday in the Discovery Suites hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. We had a smooth check-in, and our luggage was brought to our room immediately. We were very delighted and I would like to commend all the staff who assisted us and attended to our requests promptly. Nessa, who gave us a smooth check-in. Bellman Edmund, and Jonrey. Melvin - evening front desk staff who delighted us beyond our expectations. Housekeeping Rey - attended to our request. Bryan Pavon - who helped us with our luggage upon check out. And the front staff who gave us a smooth check-out. Thank you very much! You made us feel a home away from home!
