Market Kitchen is our all-day dining, deli-styled restaurant serving cosmopolitan flare, from a gastronomic spread of crisp salads, cured meats and the freshest seafood, to breads straight from the oven and mouthwatering desserts and cheeses. Dishes are accompanied by carefully-selected vintages, exemplifying Chef Jussi’s belief that wine from the same hemisphere complements local ingredients, whilst also minimizing food miles.
Jetty Restaurant and Bar: Set al-fresco on the shoreline of the Indian Ocean, The Jetty celebrates the bounty of the seas. Here you can casually kick back with a refreshing cocktail, draw on some sheesha, gaze into the sunset or, quite simply watch the local dhows sail by. Experience a different setting every day, created exclusively by the elements and mirroring the ﬂow of the ocean. This is the place to be seen and immerse to the sounds of live music.
