The seasonally changing menu includes such offerings as smoked black cod with pomme purée, grilled asparagus, and fennel marmalade; free-range chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto and stuffed with goat cheese, chorizo, and sun-dried tomatoes; and braised veal shank with saffron risotto and hazelnut gremolata. The restaurant’s signature dessert, which gets rave reviews from diners, is caramelized Stilton cheesecake with rhubarb compote.
