From Texas Style Comfort Foods To Poolside Cabanas
Campfire - Steaks, briskets, and flanks are seared and smoked in a wood-fired grill (the whole place smells like nostalgia-inducing campfire), as this aptly named restaurant exclusively serves locally-raised beef (provided by 44 Farms) and sustainably harvested seafood. We suggest “Supper Sunday” for a comfort food spread highlighted by fried chicken, heaping sides, and warm fruit pies.
Hershel’s - What comes with Stella’s signature venue? Handcrafted cocktails featuring authentic Texas whiskeys and private spaces perfect for VIP events. After a few rounds of liquid courage, we were spotted dancing to the lounge’s groovy tunes (phones were stowed away for the occasion).
Watershed - A poolside experience wouldn’t be complete without a cocktail (or 3). You can spot us sipping on margs (and sending snaps) under the cabanas.
POV - Partnered with local roasting company, “Merit Coffee,” POV brews a mean cup of joe. The house specials include espresso, pour over and drip coffee, and our fave—kegged cold brew coffee (yes, it’s as strong as it sounds). The shop also features classic charcuterie, cheeses, locally brewed beers and kegged wine (we were skeptical, but the wine is a game changer).
