Dining at Boulder’s St Julien Hotel & Spa
The St Julien Hotel & Spa offers delicious on-site dining at Jill’s Restaurant, which is rated four stars by the Forbes Travel Guide. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, this modern bistro serves French-influenced American cuisine prepared with organic, sustainably produced ingredients. The menu includes such dishes as steak au poivre, Boulder-raised lamb, and spice-rubbed Scottish salmon. Diners can enjoy tableside preparation of certain dishes, including Caesar salad, steak Diane, shrimp scampi, and bananas Foster.
In addition to the main dining area, Jill’s Restaurant offers a beautiful private dining room, an outdoor patio, and a terrace that treats diners with striking views of the Flatiron Mountains. In the summer, the terrace features live music Tuesday through Saturday evenings.
