Dining

Featuring three on-site dining venues, the Pulitzer Amsterdam brings the best of Amsterdam's culinary talent to its guests. From laid-back cafes to fine dining, this hotel has a culinary experience to fit any traveler's taste. Enjoy beautiful vistas of Amsterdam's famous canals, beautiful panoramas of the city, and stunning views of the Pulitzer Gardens.

Pulitzer's Bar, A timeless cocktail lounge, Pulitzer’s Bar, brings to Amsterdam a classic and chic hotel bar with sumptuous furnishings and a rich and intimate atmosphere. The cocktail menu offers drinks that are classic in element and style, but modern in execution. Each follows one consistent recipe: one part past, one part present, and one part revolutionary technique. For example, the Pineapple Old Fashioned will be served on a bed of haw to add another layer of aroma to the drink. Further in the menu, the Gin & Tonic has been reinvented. Both the gin and the tonic will be carbonated for the best distribution of gin aroma throughout the whole drink.

Restaurant Janz.: Pulitzer Amsterdam’s new restaurant, Jansz., is a quietly elegant neighborhood restaurant with an easy-going Dutch attitude. It features a menu of beautifully crafted modern classics that respect the simplicity of quality produce and ingredients. The completely exposed theater kitchen is the heart of Jansz.; figuratively and literally. The dining space encircles the kitchen, inviting guests to have a taste of the buzzing atmosphere. The name was inspired by 17th- Century Dutch merchant Volkert Jansz,a former inhabitant of the building.

Pause is a new implementation to Pulitzer Amsterdam's host of dining locales. This ultra luxe café is hidden in the hotel's inner gardens, and offers drinks and light dishes for patrons.
