I had a lovely stay at the Emblem for a solo trip in March. The hotel is modern and stylish and I got an unexpected upgrade to a larger room. The location is incredible as it’s just a few minutes’ walk from both Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for solo travellers and couples.

Great location, across the road from the main old town square. Really friendly helpful staff. Comfortable and clean rooms with a great bed and nice shower. Decent breakfast and quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Basically a really nice hotel and would stay there again without doubt. If I had one niggle it would be the price of the treatments in the spa were a little high.

Smallest room ever! They don’t give you the room that you book and photos are very deceiving. You think you’re staying in a spacious room but you’re not. I could barely open my luggage without it touching both walls. It’s simply not worthy of a 5 star hotel and would never stay here again! Also, my room had an awful odor which lingered on the walls. By the end of the trip my entire wardrobe had this disgusting stench.

Book a pied a terre and add breakfast. The service at The Emblem was fantastic, Vladimir, the concierge, made sure all needs were covered and had great suggestions. The staff at George was top notch. Best croissants ever for breakfast. The room was modern, cozy and inviting. I will definitely stay here when I come back to Prague. The location is unbeatable, posh, in Old Town, yet quieto and safe.

I spent 10 days staying at the hotel. I was working in the city and my stay could not have been more comfortable. Very nice friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Quiet, comfortable room. Nice touches like bottled water provided each day and milk for coffee in the mini fridge. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of delicious freshly prepared egg dishes and the George Prime Steak Restaurant was all it promised to be. Sadly I had no time to enjoy the spar, will do that next time.
