“At Six will offer a new kind of hotel experience in Stockholm, one that is tailor-made for today’s luxury travellers,” said Jennie Hahmann Håkanson, Managing Director for At Six. “Elegance with a twist is our motto, and we are creating a place that is both a retreat and a stage. Preferred Hotels & Resorts is a perfect match for us and we look forward to our partnership.”

“We are delighted to welcome At Six as the first-ever Preferred Hotels & Resorts property in Sweden, marking our entry into the Scandinavian market,” said Philipp Weghmann, Executive Vice President of Europe for Preferred Hotels & Resorts. “This hospitality project spearheads the regeneration of the Norrmalm district in central Stockholm, creating a dynamic multi-use luxury hotel and social venue for both locals and travelers to enjoy. At Six is set to become the city’s next hotspot, and we look forward to a successful collaboration for years to come.”

This new partnership heralds the start of a wider partnership with Nordic Hotels & Resorts, operator of At Six and Scandinavia’s leading hotel brand, with three of the group’s other properties – Hotel Oleana in Bergen, Norway; Nordic Light in Stockholm, Sweden, and Skt. Petri in Copenhagen, Denmark – already brought into membership of the Preferred brand. Additional properties are scheduled to join the Preferred portfolio over the next several years.
